Access database multi-process access, how to update immediately?

I forgot what I wrote before.
A parameter should be added to the database connection string.
There are several ways to set up this connection, but only a few have this functionality.
If process a writes data, it may take two or five seconds for process B to read the data. The hope is to synchronize the update write.
