[RESOLVED] Command Prompt not Running AS Administrator

Hi VB6 and earlier Forum:
My OS is:
Windows 10 Home
Version 2004
Installed 9-11-2020
OS Build 19041.508

Command Prompt will not respond to "Run as Administrator".
Command Prompt will respond to the ordinary mouse click.

Any comments?
