Connectivity to Oracle broken after lates Win10 update

First some background.

We have ERP solution which is package (ActiveX DLL based) where each module resides in a DLL and is loaded in the host application as and when needed. This solution is working seamlessly with Oracle 7.x to 10g, in some cases, for last 15 years.

We are using Oracle 10g in back-end for database.

We have started facing problems in last 2 days after some of our client's Windows 10 PCs got updated automatically to latest patch and rolling back this patch is also a painstaking process. Another thing some of our clients do not want to rollback update and want to use our ERP also.

After this latest windows update client PC is not able to connect with Oracle on server any more. The connection process is failing.

Incidentally Oracle is currently not supporting 10g.

The latest version of Oracle are only 64bit and their connection libraries (DLLs) are also only 64bit. Because of this it is not possible to update to latest version of Oracle.

How can we solve this problem?
