Virtual Table Offsets in "Events Interfaces".

Hi,

Why do the functions in Events Interfaces not have VTable Offsets as opposed to Dispatch and Dual Interfaces ?

I have a typelib browser and I can only see the offsets of functions in Dual Interfaces.
