Layout manager Class

I was wondering if anyone has written a configurable class that can allow users of a vb6 written app the customize the layout of the screen

I am picturing a window that shows the frames/controls and they are on original form and then allow the user to move them as desired, thereby when saved chaning the layout of the form.

the class would need to figure out docking etc..

is there any susch thing or would I need to write it from scratch
