Made visual designer

Hello to all dear ones,
I desperately need a ready-made visual designer component for my software.It does not matter if it is commercial or free. It is much better if it is ActiveX. Can anyone introduce a component in this context? I have also seen .NET components before, other than them.

Please guide me. :(
