ID3V2.3 tag class

I have a module that i have found that reads and writes ID3v2.3 tags but it does not deal with the art work.
I also have a seperate function that does deal with Artwork. Insert , Delete , Replace.

however, i am looking to see if anyone has a class that can do it all in one go. (Read & Write)

Also interested in other audio formats that have meta data ie *.wav , *.wma , *.ogg , are these stored the same way

Is there any ready made class's that are available.
