Link Error 1106 when compiling

All of a sudden, after my last few changes to my vb6 program, I can no longer compile it.

Instead, I receive the error:

"fatal error LNK1106: invalid file or disk full: cannot seek to 0x1299a000"

My disk is definitely not full.

I've googled the error but only come up with solutions for later versions of Visual Studio.
Can anyone possibly help me resolve this for VB6?
