There are many versions of Link.exe.
I wanted to ask the experts if there can be any advantages in using newer versions.
The Standard version of VB6 should be V6.
I tried the V9 and I noticed that the resulting EXE file is a little less heavy. (With the V14 this does not happen instead)
As far as performance is concerned, I'm not sure I've noticed significant improvements.
I wanted to ask the experts what they think, if there can be any benefit (or drawback) and if they use versions other than the standard LINK.EXE.
