Help with title

So I accidentally thought I was still inside the window where you can change post titles, and changed a title to reflect an update on this thread.

Could somebody please change the title from "[VB6] ucShellTree: Full-featured Shell Tree UserControl (Updated 3/15)" to just "[VB6] ucShellTree - Full-featured Shell Tree UserControl"?

(or even more ambitious, possibly fix the not being able to change issue or posting a warning saying when exactly the last time you can edit is? But really if you could just help with that embarassing issue of the title making people think no updates since March)
